摘要
对近几年科技论文征集评选活动进行了分析、总结 ,针对太原市市属科技人员有 5万人～ 6万人 ,但每次征集论文只有 2 0 0余篇的现状 ,提出了要高度重视对青年科技工作者的技术水平、业务素质和业务能力的培养的思考及建议。
This paper summarizes and analyzes work of collecting and choosing scientific papers in recent years. There are sci-tech personnel of fifty thousand to sixty thousand in Taiyuan, but there are only 200 papers collected in every collecting activity. This paper puts forward some suggestions of improving technical level and professional quality for young scientific workers.
