摘要
在更新观念、解放思想、正确选择走向形式 ,注重技术创新、科研开发、市场需求、技术储备的结合 ,科研与金融的结合 ,加强中试基地和基础设施建设等方面对科研院所改制后的新问题作了初探。
This paper discusses development tendency of scientific research institutions after transformation system, which consist of following aspects: renewing concept, emancipating mind, correct choice of development model, laying stress on innovation, integration of research and development with market demand and technological reserve, close conjunction of scientific research with Finance, strengthening construction of infrastructure and so on.
