中医辨证联合微创经筋刀治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE CURING EFFECT OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS TREATMENT WITH SYTOME DIFFERENTIATION CHINESE MEDICINE AND MINIMAL INVASIVE TENDON KNIFE

目的探讨中医辨证施治联合微创经筋刀治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法将2009年2月～2012年6月来我院就诊的56例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=24),治疗组采用中医辩证联合微创经筋刀综合治疗,对照组采用一般常规药物进行治疗,对两组治疗效果进行分析。结果在保持关节功能和防止畸形,缓解症状和恢复功能方面,治疗组总有效率及显效率比对照组高,而无效率低,两组的近期显效率、有效率、总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论中医辨证联合微创经筋刀治疗类风湿关节炎在缓解症状和恢复功能方面效果明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the efficacy of rheumatoid arthritis treatment with symtom differentiation Chinese medicine and minimal invasive tendon knife. Methods From February 2009 to June 2012,56 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, who came to our hospital for treatment were collect and randomly divided into the treatment group （32 cases） and control group （24 cases）, the treatment group were given symtom differentiation Chinese medicine and minimal invasive tendon knife therapy, the control group were given conventional drug therapy, and the efficacy of treatment in the two groups were analyzed. Results About the joint function preservation and deformitis prevention, relieve symtoms and restore function, the total efficiency and significant efficiency rate of treatment group are better than the control group, the ineffective rate is less than the control group. The difference of recent significant ef- ficacy, efficient, the total effective rate between the two groups were statistically significant （p〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The symptom differentiation Chinese medicine combined with the minimally invasive tendon knife treatment of rheumatoid arthritis have obvious effect in relieving symptoms and restoration function, worthy of promotion.
