摘要
男性游客和女性游客的旅游行为差异研究对于旅游目的地营销具有重要意义。以广西大新县的调查数据为基础,对男性游客和女性游客的旅游行为进行细致分析,得出如下结论:男性游客和女性游客的游前行为体现出了"大趋同,小分异"特征;游中行为的交通方式和旅游方式亦呈现"同中有异"特征,而停留时间和消费水平则具有较大分异性;在游后阶段,女性游客的旅游满意度和忠诚度比男性游客更高。
A comparative analysis of male and female tourists' behaviors is meaningful to the marketing of tourism destination. Based on the data from the questionnaire in Daxin county of Guangxi, the paper makes a careful comparative analysis of the two types of tourists, and then draws conclusion: male and female tourists' behaviors are similar mainly but little different at pre-trip; it is also similar at traffic way and tourism manner but great different at staying time and tourism consumption at mid-trip; the satisfaction and loyalty of female tourists are higher than male tourists at post-trip.
