回火工艺对X65管线钢组织性能的影响

摘要 采用不同的回火工艺对x65管线钢进行热处理试验,研究了不同回火工艺对试验钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,随着回火温度的增加,试验钢受位错强化、析出强化及组织变化等因素的影响,强度出现起伏性波动,延伸率有很大提高,-20℃冲击性能呈上升趋势,-15℃落锤性能稳定,变化不大。在610℃回火保温40min工艺条件下,试验钢综合性能优良。 X65 pipeline steel was tempered by different processes. Effects of tempering process on its structure and prop- erty were studied. The results indicated that influenced by some factors such as dislocations strengthening, precipitation strengthening and structural change with the increase of tempering temperature , the strength of test steel presented fluc- tuation and elongation have raised greatly, -20℃ impact strength was increased and - 15 ℃ DWTT kept excellent. When test steel tempered at 610 ℃ for 40 mins ,the comprehensive property was the best.
