卷轧船板抛丸麻面缺陷的分析与控制 被引量:1

摘要 对中厚板卷厂生产的卷轧船板发生的条带状麻面、麻点麻面、通板大面积麻面等三类典型抛丸缺陷进行针对性分析,并提出相应的工艺控制要点。结果表明:通过控制卷轧道次错位除鳞、卷轧第一道次除鳞、终轧温度≤880℃,可以保证除鳞效果。工艺优化后,卷轧船板抛丸表面质量良好。 By analyzing three types of shot-blasting defects such as banding pitting, pitting and wide-spread pitting on the surface of ship plates by steckel mill at Wide Plate/Coil Plant, the control main point of corresponding process is proposed. The results show that descaling effect can be guaranteed by controlling dislocation descaling by steckel mill, the first pass descaling and finishing rolling temperature ≤880℃. After process optimization, the quality of ship plate has been improved.
