摘要
针对金结厂房QC32t（16＋16）桥式起重机出现的（啃轨）脱轨事故，分析啃轨原因，制定维修处理方案，消除了啃轨现象，保证设备运行状况良好。
Based on the derail or gnawing rail of overhead crane QC32 t（ 16 ＋ 16） , the maintenance scheme is made to eliminate the phenomenon by causes analysis , which can guarantee the equipment in good condition.
