随着南钢不断发展,南钢员工的思想动态及精神诉求发生了很大变化,如何创新党群工作思路,更好地打开员工“心结”、促进企业与员工的和谐发展,已成为当前南钢党群工作新课题。本文阐述了以人文关怀和心理疏导为方向做活南钢党群工作以及预期效果。
With the further development of NISCO, employees' ideological trend and spiritual pursuit have changed a lot. It has become a new task that how to innovate party-masses working idea to help them solve their troubles in order to pro- mote harmonious development. The paper introduces activating Party-masses working with humanistic concern and psy- chological counseling and its expected effect.
