企业英语口语培训教学的思考

Considerations on Enterprise Oral English Training Teaching

针对学员在口语培训课中怕出错，不敢大胆发言的现象，教师采用启发式，中英文比较、模仿教材加复述等方法及以学员为主体，教师为主导的教学新形式，激发学员学习的主动性和参与意识，提高培训效果。

Most of the students dare not speak out in English training because of being afraid of making mistakes. Ac- cording to this phenomenon, some teaching methods such as heuristic teaching, Chinese and English comparison and imitation of teaching material and then retell and the new teaching form of ＂taking the students as the principal body and the teachers as the leading factor＂ have been adopted to stimulate the students＇ initiative of study and participation con- sciousness, which can enhance training result.
