摘要
从分析职工带薪年休假制度的执行现状入手,探讨了劳动者、用人单位及第三方机制等制约带薪年休假制度实现的因素,提出带薪年休假制度的落实需要劳动者、用人单位和政府三方的共同努力。
The system of annual vacation with pay is put forward for many years, but in real life, this system fails to implement. Based on the present situation, this paper discusses the factors restricting annual pay vacation system and then puts forward that the implementation of the system requires the joint efforts of employee, employer and Government.
