Research on Subcontractor Selection Based on Analytic Network Process

从施工总承包企业的角度出发,分析了影响分包商选择的各项因素,以此为基础构建了分包商承包能力评价网状指标体系,利用网络层次分析法优选分包商,提出了分包商选择模糊综台评价模型,并列举了工程实例,验证了综合评价体系的可行性,为施工总承包企业在分包商评价和选择上提供参考和借鉴。

From the general contracting business perspective, the authors present factors affecting subcontractor selection to build a subcontractor contracted capacity evaluation index system. By using the analytic network subcontractors, the authors propose subcontractors selected analytic network evaluation model and give engineering examples to verify the feasibility of a comprehensive evaluation system for the construction in the evaluation and selection of subcontractors.
