The development of military depends more on the coordination with environment and society. The key factor is talented people joining the national defense. With the perspective of social environment, the author analyzes and explores factors influenced talents to join the cause of national defense and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve supportive conditions on military attracting local talents.
