摘要
按照塑料化粪池的实际安装步骤,运用有限元软件,对其模型进行结构分析。由计算得出的应力及变形情况确定危险区域,并针对性地实施加强方案,探讨不同方案对结构性能的影响。由计算结果生成各模型随覆土深度变化的应力、变形曲线,对比确定较优方案,为今后塑料化粪池的结构改进奠定基础。
According to its actual installation steps, an analysis about the structure of plastic septic tank is carried out by finite clement software, and the model's dangerous area is found by the results of the stress and deformation. Then the strengthening programs are put forward and the impact of different options on the structural and properties is explored. The stress and deformation curves about different overburden depth are obtained by calculation. Finally, the best strengthening scheme is found, which will lay the foundation for improving the structure of the plastic septic tank in the future.
