摘要
以投影仪固定装置为研究对象,着重介绍其结构设计,并对吊架部分进行三维建模,通过有限元受力分析,验证其设计的合理性。为投影固定装置的后续改进、设计优化及产品系列标准化提供了理论依据。
Taking the projector fixed device as research object, this paper introduced the design of fixed device. Then, the 3D whole model of the hanger frame was set up, and the finite element stress analysis of projector fixed device was carried out. The results of the FEA show the design of the fixing device is reasonable. This work may provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent design, optimization and standardization of the products.
