激光热处理对铸造铝青铜合金微观组织与硬度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用激光热处理技术对ZCuAl10Fe3Mn2铸造铝青铜合金进行热处理。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪和IPP软件对合金的铸态组织结构、物相组成和力学性能等进行对比研究。结果表明,激光热处理对铝青铜合金组织结构和性能的影响是显著的,对激光热处理前、后比较发现基体仍以α相为主,但其含量明显减少,β′相、强化相K相、γ2相以及共析反应生成的(α+γ2)共析体的含量明显增加且更加均匀地分布于基体组织中。激光热处理后组织晶粒细化效果明显,起到了很好的强化作用。 The ZCuAll0Fe3Mn2 casted aluminum bronze alloy was treated by laser heat treatment technology. The alloy as-east structure, phase composition and mechanical properties were study by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer and IPP software. The results show that the influence of laser heat treatment on the mierostructure and performance of aluminum bronze alloy is obvious. Comparing the microstructure after laser heat treatment with the before, we can find that the matrix is dominated by α. but the content decreases significantly after heat treatment, the contents of βphase, strengthening K phase, r2 phase and the(α-k-r2) generated by eutectoid reaction increase significantly and more evenly distribute in the matrix. The effect of refinement of organization is obvious, strengthening effect is great.
