摘要
根据GB/T 14230-1993中规定试验设备、方法、应力水平和试验点,通过试验方法研究20Cr2Ni4A材料渗碳淬火齿轮弯曲疲劳强度。分析了引入R-S-N曲线的原因,并根据试验获得的数据分析拟合出R-S-N曲线,估计出相应循环次数所对应的齿轮弯曲疲劳强度极限。
This paper used fatigue test method to investigate the bending fatigue strength of 20Cr2Ni4A carburized gear. The test equipment and method, the appropriate level of stress and the experiment points were specified according to GB/T 14230-93. The R-S-N curve was fitted by use of the experimental data, and the gear's bending fatigue strength limit corresponding the stress cycle times was estimated.
