摘要
根据小型陶瓷试样耐磨性能的检测需求,模拟现场工况,依据国家标准GB/T 18301《耐火材料常温磨损性实验方法》和GB/T 12988《无机地面材料磨损性能实验方法》设计开发了两套小型陶瓷试样耐磨性能检测装置。通过对实验室不同配方及烧结工艺下的陶瓷试样的耐磨性能进行检测,根据检测数据绘制陶瓷试样磨损量随时间的变化图,对比陶瓷试样拟合直线的磨损率就可以判断出陶瓷试样的耐磨性能的优劣。
According to the testing requirements of the abrasion resistance for small ceramic specimens, simulating the field conditions, and according to the National Standards of GB/T 18301 Refractory products - Determination of resistance to abrasion at ambient temperature, as well as GB/T 12988 Test method for abrasion resistance of inorganic paving materials, two sets of testing device of detecting the abrasion resistance of the small ceramic specimens are developed. Based on the experimental data for the different formulation or different processing conditions of ceramic specimens, the line of the abrasion resistance over time is drawn. The abrasion resistance can be judged through comparing the slope of the line.
