连续式NC膜划膜装置

摘要 针对目前NC膜划膜生产制作的不足之处,在分析国内外划膜装置研究现状的基础上,采用单片机作为主要的控制核心,研究设计了对整卷连续匀速运动的NC膜进行划膜的装置。手动调节多自由度位置平台到适当的划线位置和划线间距,单片机给予工业注射泵参数设定和动作指令后即可抽取蛋白质溶液实现划膜。实验证明:该划膜装置经济简便、性能稳定、操作精准,适用于各种免疫层析试纸条的科研及中小型生产中的连续式溶液划线。 Aimed at the deficiencies of NC film production, on the basis of analyzing the actuality of dispenser system at home and abroad, this paper designed a NC filming device using a SCM as the main controller, which could deal with the whole roll in continuous uniform motion. The position platform with multi freedom degree could be manually adjusted to get the appropriate location and spacing. The high-precision industrial injection pump extracted solution to line after SCM setting the parameters and the instruction. Practice proves that the instrument is simple in structrue, stable in performance and accuract in operation. It can be applid to continuous marking in the research and development of immunochromatography strip.
