摘要 刷式密封以其优良的封严性能和稳定的转子动力特性而被广泛应用于透平机械领域。首先简要介绍了刷式密封的封严机理和性能优势,然后对刷式密封在泄漏流动特性、摩擦热效应和传热特性、接触力特性和迟滞效应3个方面的研究现状和最新进展进行了综述,包括相关的实验研究、数值模拟以及理论分析等。最后根据现代高性能透平机械对密封技术的发展需求,展望了刷式密封技术的进一步研发方向。 Brush seals are widely used in turbomachinery due to their superior leakage performance and rotor dynamic stability. Firstly, the sealing mechanism and performance advantage of brush seals are briefly presented. Secondly, the research status and progress are reviewed on the leakage flow characteristics, the frictional heat generation effect and heat transfer characteristics, the contact force characteristics and hysteresis effect of brush seals including related experimental research, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. Finally, some proposals of the development and concerns of brush seals for future research are given based on the design requirements for advanced high performance turbines.
