The structural feature and special material of 4th guide ring for SGTS-4000F gas turbines are introduced. The manufacture technology including detail analysis on machining key points and difficulties is presented. The solution is established based on advanced tools and fixtures, measure method and process test etc. Finally, the guide ring machining is completed successfully, which can provide valuable experience to similar product machining.
