摘要
随着社会风险意识的增强,保险行业的发展出现了新的契机,然而,也不可避免的面临着一些新的问题,尤其是近年来消费者对保险行业的争议日益高涨,尽管各保险公司致力于公司文化建设和行业形象的转变,收效甚微。自从胡锦涛同志在十七大提出软文化实力以来,我国开始步入研究软文化实力的阶段,保险行业的软文化实力也成为普遍关注的热点。本文从软文化实力的内涵出发,探讨了保险行业软文化实力危机并提出了相应的对策。
As the society fully realizes the importance of risk, new opportunities for reform have occured for insurance industry. However, insurance industry inevitably faces some new problems, especially with the consumer disputes growing in recent years. Although the companies made great efforts to improve the construction of culture and image, which made less effect. Since Hu Jintao put forward the concept of soft culture power, China began to enter the stage of research, and the soft culture power of company industry grasps the attention of society. In this paper, the author expounds the soft culture power, and explores the crisis of soft culture power of company industry, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
