构建农村金融体系,必须充分考虑到农村居民金融需求要素。通过对湖南省农村经济现状和湖南省农村居民金融需求及特征分析,建立一套适合湖南省农村经济发展、农民生活水平提高的高效率农村金融体系。

It is necessary to put the financial demands of the rural residents into consideration when rural financial system is being built. On the basis of analyzing rural economy and financial demands of rural residents in Hunan province, a set of high efficient rural financial system which is to adapt to the rural economy develop ment and is helpful to the improvement of the rural residents＇ living standard is to be stated.
