摘要
当前因保险人未适当履行说明义务已引发较多纠纷,而对保险人说明义务进一步规范又是实现投保者知情权的有效途径。
Many disputes have arisen because the insurers didn＇t perform the duty of disclosure properly, while the further specification of the insurer＇ s duty of disclosure is an effective way to gurantee the policy holder＇ s right to know.
