坚持马克思主义思想体系是推进中国人寿改革发展的基石

坚持和巩固马克思主义的指导地位,是党和人民团结一致,始终沿着正确方向前进的根本思想保证。在当代中国,坚持马克思主义的指导地位,最根本的就是要把邓小平理论和‘三个代表"重要思想作为党和国家必须长期坚持的指导思想学习好、贯彻好、落实好。学习和掌握马克思主义的立场、观点、方法,对于我们当前集团公司开展"为民务实清廉"群众路线教育实践活动,巩固和扩大深入学习实践科学发展观活动成果,推进集团公司创新驱动发展战略的实施,具有十分重要的意义。为此,一要认真分析和研究国内外的经济形势对保险行业的影响,采取一切有效的应对措施,保持公司持续、稳定、健康发展;二要着力在转变发展方式、推动科学发展上下功夫;三要继续解放思想,以创新的精神,摆脱习惯和经验的束缚,勇于推陈出新;四要不断深化体制机制改革,加强集团管控,完善公司治理、推进资源整合、强化风险防范,提升服务能力。

Upholding and consolidating the guiding position of Marxism is the fundamental ideological guarantee for the Party and people to go forward in a correct direction with solidarity. In contemporary China, the fundamental measure of insisting on the guiding position of Marxism is to take Deng Xiaoping Theory and ＂Three Represents Theory＂ as the long - term persistent guiding ideology of our Party and country and to learn it in ear nest, promote it in the round and implement it well. Learning and mastering the standpoints and methods of Marxism play an important role in carrying out the mass line educational practice named ＂Pragmatic and honest for people＂, consolidating and expanding the achievements of Scientific Outlook on Development, and promoting implementation of innovation -drive development strategy. With regards to this, we should make a careful a nalysis and research on the effects of insurance industry brought by domestic and international economic situa- tion, and take all effective measures to maintain a sustainable, stable and healthy development; secondly, we must focus on the transformation of development mode and promote scientific development; thirdly, we should continue to emancipate the mind, get rid of the shackles of habit and experience with innovative spirit, and dare to find something new in what is old; fourthly, we must continue to deepen the reform of institutional mecha nisms, strengthen the Group＇ s control, improve corporate governance, promote the integration of resources, em phasize risk prevention and improve service capabilities.
