知信行健康教育模式在急性冠状动脉综合征PCI病人健康教育中的应用

Application of KAP health education model in health education for acute coronary syndrome patients receiving PCI

[目的]探讨知信行健康教育模式在急性冠状动脉综合征行冠状动脉介入术(PCI)病人中的应用效果。[方法]将2011年10月—2012年6月98例急性冠状动脉综合征PCI术后病人随机分为干预组和对照组,各49例。两组病人住院期间药物治疗及一般护理方法相同,干预组在药物治疗的同时按照知信行模式给予健康教育,对照组只接受药物治疗及一般科室宣教。两组病人均行出院后回访,比较两组病人干预前及干预后6个月时病人对疾病认知水平和生活质量情况。[结果]干预组与对照组干预6个月后生活质量各维度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后两组病人对疾病认知水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。[结论]知信行健康教育模式的实施有利于提高病人术后生活质量和疾病知识的掌握程度。

Objective：To probe into applied effect of KAP health education model in health education for acute coronary syndrome patients receiving PCI.Methods：A total of 98 cases of acute coronary syndromes patients after receiving PCI from October 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,49 cases in each.Drug treatment and general care were same for two groups of patients during the period of hospitalization.At the same time of drug treatment,intervention group patients were given health education according to the KAP model,the control group patients only received drug treatment and general department mission.Both groups of patients received visit after discharge.The patient of his disease cognitive level and quality of life of patients were compared of two groups of patients before intervention and 6 months after the intervention.Results：There was statistically significant difference in all dimension scores of quality of life（SF-36） between intervention group and control group at 6 months after intervention（P0.01）;disease cognitive.There was statistically significant difference in illness cognition level between both groups after intervention（P0.001）.Conclusion：KAP health education model is helpful for improving postoperative quality of life and disease knowledge master degree of patients.
