摘要
文章介绍一种基于压力传感器实现的液位控制器的设计方法,该控制器以单片机为核心,通过外围硬件电路来达到实现控制的目的。可根据需要设定液位控制高度,同时具备报警、高度显示等功能,由于增加了气体压力传感器,使其具有与液面不接触的特点,可用于有毒、腐蚀性液体液位的控制,具有较高的研究价值。该控制器不仅可用于学校进行教学研究,还可用于生产实际,是目前比较缺少的一种产品。
