摘要 离心泵叶轮吸入口的外缘于泵壳内壁的接缝处存在着一个转动交接缝隙,而缝隙两侧正是高低压区,这个缝隙偏大,泵壳内的高压水就会通过这个缝隙泄漏到叶轮进口处的低压区,引起机械磨损。为了减少回流量,延长泵壳和叶轮的使用寿命,通常在缝隙两侧的泵壳或者叶轮上镶嵌一个金属的口环,这个口环的接触面可做成多齿形,用以增加水流回流阻力,减少回流量,提高减漏效果,因此,称此口环为减漏环,这个口环是用来承磨的易损件,这样,就可以经常更换口环而不致使泵壳或叶轮报废,同时也就可以达到延长泵壳和叶轮的使用寿命的目的,因此也称之为承磨环。文章呢分析表面质量对磨损的影响。 there is a rotational transition gap between the outside part of suction centrifugal pump impeller and pump casing wall. Two flanks of the gap is high and low pressure area.If the gap is too large, high pressure water within the pump casing will leak to the low pressure area of the impeller inlet through the gap and cause mechanical abrasion.In or- der to reduce the back flow and prolong the service life of the pump casing, we often install a metal ring on the pump shell or impeller. The contact surface of the ring can be made into various tooth in order to increase water reflux resis- tance and reduce the back flow and improve the leakage reduction effect, therefore, the ring is called the leakage ring.The ring is quick-wear part used to wear it, you can change the ring frequently prevent the pump shell or impeller from scraping and also can prolong service life of the pump casing and impeller , it is also known as wear ring.The article analyses influence of effects on wear and tear according to surface quality.
