文章简要阐述了工程硕士现有存在的问题,介绍了工程硕士培养在实践教学中校企合作及导师激励等策略研究,另外对其它实践环节过程管理在实践中的具体做法做了相应阐述。

This paper briefly describes the existing problems of Master of Engineering and introduces practice teach- ing and teacher incentives and other enterprise cooperation strategy and also introduces the specific practices in practical aspects of process management.
