The effects of EGF, TGF-β and insulin on the growth of rabbit′s skeletal muscle satellite cell

摘要 目的 研究表皮生长因子 (epitheliumgrowthfactor ,EGF)、转化生长因子 β(transforminggrowthfactor β,TGF β)及胰岛素对兔骨骼肌卫星细胞 (satellitecell,SC)增殖的影响。 方法 采用MTT法测定EGF、TGF β和胰岛素对兔骨骼肌SC增殖的影响。 结果 在体外培养过程中 ,EGF和胰岛素促进兔骨骼肌SC增殖的作用较TGF β明显 ,以胰岛素的作用最为显著 ,并且其促进作用随实验中所用浓度的增加及作用时间的延长而增强。结论 EGF、TGF β和胰岛素均能促进兔骨骼肌SC的增殖 。 Objective To investigate the effects of epithelium growth factor (EGF), transforming growth factor β(TGF β) and insulin on the growth of cultured rabbit′s skeletal muscle satellite cells Methods After treatment with EGF, TGF β and insulin, MTT method was used to study the proliferation of the cells Results EGF and insulin could promote the growth of the satellite cells more significantly than that of TGF β Conclusion It implied that there was a close relationship between the effects of three agents and the regeneration of injured muscles This kind of positive effect appeared in a dose and time dependent manner
