In the vocational teaching of real estate courses , starting from the reality of vocational education, combining char- acteristics of vocational students, the article innovatively uses various of forms of participative teaching that can enhance students＂ motivation to learn and inspire students＂ interest in learning and combine theory and practice and improve teaching efficiency.
