With the continuous development of social market economy, the garden greening and the supporting facilities construction for residential areas are also in constant development. Garden maintenance plays a decisive role in the quality of landscape greening engineering. According to practical problems of the landscape construction and maintenance management, this paper put forward the corresponding solutions.
