谈高校教师的心理—道德修养

Psychological and Moral Cultivation of College Teachers

人的心理品质和道德品质既有区别,又紧密联系;因此,心理修养与道德修养也是紧密联系、相互渗透的;对融为一体的心理修养与道德修养称作"心理—道德"修养。高校教师应是自觉教育者,清晰地意识到自己担负着为国家培养高级人才的重要使命;意识到自身的心理—道德修养,对培养新一代人健康成长的重要意义。高校教师需自觉意识到自己必须具备的基本心理—道德修养;清晰地认识到加强心理—道德修养的途径,自觉地努力学习,提高自身修养。

The psychological quality and moral quality of man is not only different but also closely relat- ed; therefore, man＇s psychological and moral cultivation is interrelated and mutually interpenetrative. The combined psychological and moral cultivation is hereby dubbed as ＂psycho-moral＂ cultivation. University teachers ought to be conscious educators who are clearly aware of their obligations of cultivating advanced qualified personnel for the nation and of the important meaning of their own psycho-moral cultivation to the cultivation of the new generation. They are supposed to have the basic psychological and moral conscious- ness, and to know about the means of enhancing psychological and moral cultivation, and to devote to im- proving their self-accomplishment through constant study.
