摘要
知识共享是指知识拥有者通过沟通的方式将知识传播给知识需求者。高校教师的知识共享是教师群体专业发展的重要手段,知识共享双方都能从中得到专业提升,但行为的发生受到价值观、信任障碍、交往障碍以及共享渠道等几方面因素的影响。社会资本的结构、关系和认知三个维度与知识的共享之间关系密切,其对教师群体知识共享效果的作用,是通过影响知识共享机会、知识共享能力和知识共享动机来实现的。从社会资本理论的视角来分析高校教师群体知识共享的障碍,进而提出相应的对策,以期促成高校教师群体内的知识共享。
Knowledge sharing refers to the imparting of knowledge from the knowledge holder to the knowledge demander through communication. The knowledge-sharing among university teachers is an im- portant means of their collective academic development, and both sides of the process will be able to get promoted academically. Yet the actual process is still suffering from value discrepancy,trust obstacle,com- munication obstacles and lack of channels. The structural, relational, cognitive dimension of social capital are closely related to knowledge sharing, and its function in the knowledge-sharing among university teachers can be realized through influencing the knowledge sharing opportunities, capabilities and motives. This paper provides an analysis of the obstacles in the knowledge-sharing process among university teach- ers from the perspective of social capital theory, and proceeds to propose corresponding countermeasures to promote more efficient knowledge sharing among university teachers.
