目的 说明科素亚的降压效果。方法 动态观察高血压病人服用科素亚、波依定或倍他乐克后血压的变化情况。结果 与其它药物相比 ,科素亚降压效果确切 ,副作用少。结论 科素亚可作为一线首选降压药。

Objective To illustrate the effects of Losartan on hypertension.Methods We observed continuously the blood pressure of the patients with hypertension orally taken by Losartan,and compared with others by Betaloc or Plendil.Results Losartan was super to β receptor blockers,and has lower side effects than Plendil.Conclusion Losartan is the first class of medicine in treating hypertension.
