脑转移瘤90例临床分析

Clinical analysis of brain metastatic tumors in 90 cases

目的 探讨脑转移瘤的临床特点和有关治疗方法 ,提高对脑转移瘤的再认识。方法 回顾我院 1988～1997年间 90例脑转移瘤 ,分析脑转移瘤的临床特点、诊断方法和治疗原则。结果 脑转移瘤并非均适宜手术 ,本组仅 5 7例行全切或次全切 ,术后行放疗或化疗后均不同程度延长了生存期 ,手术死亡率 3 77% ,未手术组 33例。结论 手术治疗联合放疗及化疗明显优于单纯放疗或化疗 ,是治疗脑转移瘤的有效治疗方案。

Objective To study the clinical features of brain metastatic tumors and the treatment method.Methods Retrospected 90 cases of brain metastatic tumors in our department in 1988 to 1997,analyzed the clinical features,methods of diagnose and principle of treatment.Results Not all cases of brain metastatic tumors suitable for operation.Only 57 cases were operated by total removed or sub total removed,and the period of living of them were extended differently by radio therapy and chemical therapy after operation.The operation mortality was 3.77%,33 cases were not performed operation.Conclusion The treatment of radio therapy,chemical therapy after operation is better than only radio therapy or chemical therapy.It is a effective treatment for the brain metastatic tumors.
