摘要
在激烈的市场竞争和不断升级的出版管理改革中,中国出版业进入了规模成长的新时期,各大出版传媒集团纷纷通过战略管理升级实现自身的发展壮大。本文基于媒介融合的大背景,通过对影响出版传媒集团发展的内外部环境变化的分析,指出集团核心能力培育的方式。依托产业集群创新网络的最新发展,试图构建一个合理的现代出版传媒集团创新发展模式,为出版传媒集团的成长提供参考。
In the fierce competition in the market, and escalating publishing management reform, China' s publishing industry has entered a new period, major publishing media groups are realizing their own development through strategic management upgrade. Based on the background of medium convergence, through analysis on the internal and external environmental changes affecting the development of publishing media groups, the paper indi- cates the group' s core competence cultivating mode. Based on the latest development of industrial cluster innova- tion network, trying to construct a reasonable mode of modern publishing media groups, the paper provides a refer- ence for publishing media group' s growth.
