Literature Review of Modern Western Theory of Social Security

社会保障制度的建立与发展带动了理论研究的不断深入,当代西方社会保障理论的研究呈现出视角多元化的特征。文章从社会保障的内在机理,社会保障与分配、储蓄及投资的关系,社会保障对人力资本的影响三个方面对当代西方社会保障理论研究现状进行了归纳、梳理,有助于把握其研究的总体特征与发展趋势,为中国在该领域的研究提供启示。

The establishment and development of social security system has deep the theoretical research. The study of social security in contemporary western theories shows a characteristic of diverse perspective. This ar- ticle does some induction, carding and evaluation to the research of contemporary western theories of social security from three aspects of the inner mechanism, the relations between distribution, saving and investment, the impact on the human capital to provide materials and inspiration for future research.
