Aggregation of Key Elements:the Developing Path of Family Farm

家庭经营作为我国农业经营的微观组织形式,将在相当长的时期内居主体地位。但现行农户经营分散化规模不经济,农业组织化是农业现代化发展的方向,家庭农场正是应我国农业生产力发展要求而形成的新型经营主体。文章指出家庭农场是当前我国推进农业现代化的组织制度选择,分析了家庭农场这种新型经营主体在成长中所遇到的要素供给困境,并在此语境下提出加强"土地、资本、劳动与技术"等要素聚合的家庭农场成长途径。

As the micro-unit of our country＇s agriculfural management, family running will be the funda- mental mode in a long term. However, the present scattering family running mode is not economic, and agricultural aggregation is the direction of agricultural modernization. Family farm is the new managing unit which caters to our country＇s agricultural productivity development. This article explains that family farm is the choice in the organizational aspect to enhance the agricultural modernization in our country. The problem of key elements aggregation in the development of this new managing unit is analyzed. The developing path which strengthen the aggregation of key elements of ＂land, capital, labor and technology＂ is propose.
