远程教育专业教学团队建设的思考

On Building Professional Educating Team for Open Education

对远程教育中专业教学团队的建设进行了研究,分析了专业教学团队的建设存在热度不高、宽度有限、力度不大等问题,提出了需要靠政策推动、专家带动和教师行动来加强,需要灵活的组织形式、评价体系和鲜活的远程教育课堂来促进,需要靠讲究实效、真抓实干来保证。

This paper conducts researches on the building of professional educating team for open education, analyzes the problems in the team building such as insufficient passions, limited professionalism and weak devotions, and proposes suggestions as policy promotion, experts leading and teacher inspiration to solve the problems. The team building also depends on flexible organization, assessment system and active open teaching classroom, as well as substantial devotions and practical efforts.
