摘要
目的:分析ICU内中心静脉导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI)病原菌的分布特点及其耐药性,加强监控,为临床预防诊疗提供依据,以指导临床合理用药。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月-2010年12月ICU内CRBSI患者的病原菌分布和药物敏感试验资料。结果:多数细菌对不同抗菌药物有不同的耐药,未检出对万古霉素耐药的革兰氏阳性球菌。结论:导管相关性感染病原菌种属多样化,耐药率高,加强ICU耐药性监测,合理应用抗生素,并落实有效地持续改进措施,是预防中心静脉导管相关血流感染耐药菌的重要措施。
Objective:To analyze distribution characteristics and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria of central ve nous catheter-related bloodstream infection in ICU (CRBSI), and provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment, and to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods: The distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity test were retrospectively analyzed in January 2009 to July 2010 data of patients with ICU in CRBSL Results:The maiority of bac- teria have different resistance to different antibiotics, not detected gram-positive cocci resistant to vaneomyein. C_~~lu- sion:Pathogenic bacteria of diversification, high rates of resistance, paid attention to in operation {or clinical aseptic, strengthen management, are important measures to prevent drug-resistant bacteria of central venous catheter related bloodstream infection.
