细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞影响肿瘤微环境的研究

摘要 目的:探讨细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞对肿瘤微环境的影响及肿瘤生物治疗的有效评价体系。方法:取肿瘤患者外周血进行体外扩增培养细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞并回输患者体内,检测回输前、后患者体内肿瘤标志物及淋巴细胞亚群的变化情况。结果:治疗后较治疗前,患者体内肿瘤标志物CA125和CEA等明显下降,淋巴细胞亚群中CD8+细胞及NK细胞明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:生物治疗通过调控肿瘤微环境来抑制肿瘤细胞生长,肿瘤标志物和淋巴细胞亚群可以作为有效的生物治疗疗效评价指标。 Objective: Study on cytokine induced killer cells effecting the tumor microenvironment and the efficacy eval- uation system for biology therapy. Methods.. We culture cytokine induced killer cells from the peripheral blood of pa- tients,and then treat the patients with CIK. We study the changes of lymphocyte subsets and tumor markers. Results.. Compared with the index chemical examination before treatment, tumor markers of CA125 and CEA decreased signifi- cantly, lymphocyte subsets of CD8+ cells and NK cells increased significantly (P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Biological treat- ment inhibit the growth of tumor cells through the regulation of the tumor microenvironment. Tumor markers and lym- phocyte subsets can be used as effective efficacy evaluation for biological treatment.
