摘要
依据研发投入到经济增长的两阶段性,在综合性实证分析框架的基础上,添加外商直接投资作为国际性资本溢出因素,且将数据结构面板化,深入挖掘R&D驱动型经济增长协同因素的作用机制。同时,将影响因子依据空间距离衰减原则进行内外源分解,分别考虑其对经济增长的本土直接推动效应和跨空间溢出效应。实证结果表明,内源性和外源性的研发投入均是经济增长的主要动力;影响创新系统的诸要素对于R&D驱动型经济增长作用明显;内源性FDI正向促进经济增长,但外源性FDI未能发挥显著作用;邻近城市的外源性经济增长水平的提高会阻碍本地城市经济增长。
Based on the two--stage process from R&D input to economic growth, this paper improved the comprehensive empirical analysis framework by taking foreign direct investment (FDI) as international capital spillover element, and converted the data structure into panel data in order to further analyzing the mechanism on the synergy elements of economic growth driven by R&D. This paper also discussed the two kinds of driving effects of economic growth (one was the driving force from the local region, the other was the cross--spatial spillover effects) by decomposing the impact factors according to the principle of spatial distance attenuation. The empirical results show that both exterior and interior R&D input are the main driving force of economic growth; the factors that affecting on the innovation system have an obvious impact on the economic growth driven by R&D; the interior FDI positively stimulates the economic growth, whereas the exterior FDI can't play a significant role; the exterior level of economic growth of nearby cities will hinder the economic growth of the local city.
