摘要 运用泰尔指数分别从东、中、西部和省域方面实证研究了中国能源消耗的区域差异和影响因素,结果表明:中国能源消耗带有明显的区域差异性,且是由各区域间不同工业化程度造成。从全国29个省区划分的高、中、低能耗区看,同类别能耗水平、资源禀赋条件及社会经济发展水平表现出一定程度的共性,经济增长、人口因素和能源价格对高、中、低能耗地区能源需求均有显著影响,因此合理安排能源消耗需要同时考虑人口增长和能源价格的影响。 The paper uses the methods of Theil index to study China's regional difference and effect factors in energy consumption from east, middle, west and provincial area of China. The results show that: energy consumption in China shows significant regional differences which is caused mainly by the degree of industrialization among different regions. From 29 provinces and cities nationwide division of high, low energy consumption, the same category of energy consumption level, resource endowment conditions and social economic development level shows certain similarities, economic growth, population factor and energy prices are significantly influences to the energy needs of the high low energy consumption region, therefore, reasonable arrangements for energy consumption need to consider the impact of population growth and energy prices.
