摘要
三峡双线五级连续船闸主体段总长1 621 m,大部分采用衬砌结构。船闸结构厚度小,止水线路长,接头数量多,结构止水失效后容易形成贯通性漏水通道,导致抽排水量增加,渗压荷载条件改变,甚至危及建筑物稳定。止排水施工期间,制定了止排水设施的施工质量控制要点,并提出了相应的工艺要求。施工完成后,对止排水的施工质量进行了全面检查,对不合格的止排水设施采取多种措施进行了处理。船闸运行后,经过了两次大的检修处理,所获得的宝贵经验对类似工程具有借鉴价值。
The major section of double - lane five - step ship - lock of TGP is 1621 m long and its most parts are lining structures. Due to the thin thickness, long water sealing line, multiple connectors, penetrating leakage passages will be formed easily once the water sealing fails, resulting in increment of water pumping and drainage, change of permeability and even threatening the safety of the structures. In the construction period, key quality control points for water sealing facilities are analyzed and the corresponding technological requirements are put forward. After completion of the construction, an overall check on construction quality of water sealing is conducted and the unqualified water sealing facilities are treated by a variety of measures. After operation of the ship - lock, 2 large maintenances are conducted and the obtained valuable experience has reference value for other similar projects.
