三峡-葛洲坝梯级电站发电调度优化措施探讨

摘要 如何在保证防洪安全的前提下,提高三峡-葛洲坝梯级电站的水能利用效率,是学者们较为关注的一个课题。结合三峡-葛洲坝梯级电站的特点,通过回顾该梯级电站发电计划编制流程,总结了一些实际水库调度过程中的水能优化利用措施。指出,通过合理控制库水位,优化调度小洪水,提前汛末蓄水时间,合理安排库水位消落等措施,可有效提高水能利用率,增加三峡-葛洲坝梯级发电效益。 It is a challenge to increase the hydro - energy utilization efficiency of Three Gorges - Gezhouba cascade hydropower stations while ensuring the flood control safety. Based on the characteristics of Three Gorges - Gezhouba cascade hydropower stations, and by reviewing the compilation process of power generation plan of the cascade hydropower stations, we summarize some optimized hydro - energy utilization measures applied in practical reservoir operation, namely rationally controlling reservoir level, optimizing dispatch of small flood and reservoir impoundment in the end of flood season and adopting rational reservoir draw - down measures, to effectively produce more power generation profits.
