摘要
为了从技术和经济两方面分析水工钢闸门的综合价值效益,实现闸门结构的设计优化,以怀柔水库西溢洪道闸为分析研究对象,引入价值工程概念进行钢闸门系统的分析研究。在计算中,采用层次分析法和成本比重法分别确定功能重要程度系数和功能成本系数。结果表明,价值工程在钢闸门系统的应用是可行的,可以指导钢闸门的优化设计,从而为闸门的优化设计提供新的思路和参考。
The comprehensive gains of hydraulic steel gate are analyzed from technical and economic aspects to achieve the design optimization of gate structure. The steel gate system of west spillway gates of Huairou Reservoir is researched by introducing the concept of value engineering. The functional importance coefficients indicators and functional cost coefficients are determined by adopting Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and cost proportion method. The results show that the application of value engineering in steel gate system is feasible ; it can guide the optimization design of steel gate, so as to provide new ideas and reference for the optimized design of the gate.
