分别从中俄、中哈、中欧、中蒙和危险货物的集装箱铁路国际联运5个方面,研究我国集装箱铁路国际联运的现状,分析我国集装箱铁路国际联运市场的影响因素,提出我国集装箱铁路国际联运的发展策略:建立集装箱铁路国际联运统一受理平台;统一标准运营集装箱国际班列;建立统一完善的网络报价体系;重点开发中欧国际集装箱班列;加快铁路国际联运运单自动审核的建设;推进铁路国际联运的流程再造;建立铁路国际货代行业协会。

From 5 aspects of China-Russia, China-Kazakhstan, China-Europe, China-Mongolia and dangerous goods container railway international inter-model transportation respectively, this paper studies the status of container railway international inter-model transportation in China, analyzes the influence factors of the international inter-model transport market in China, and puts forward development strategies of container railway international inter-model transportation in China, such as establishing unified acceptance platform of container railway international inter-model transportation, unifying and standardizing operation of container international block trains, establishing unified and improved network pricing system, developing with emphasis in China-Europe international container block trains, accelerating the establishment of waybill auto-examination of railway international inter- model transportation, promoting the process reengineering of the transportation and establishing Railway International Shipping Agent Association.
