双J管内引流在尿路手术中的应用

Double J tube internal drainage in urologic surgery

目的 :探讨双 J管内引流在尿路手术中的置管方法、时间及并发症。方法 :对 4 5例尿路手术中应用双 J管作内支架和内引流 ,置管时间 1周～ 6个月。结果 :术后无伤口感染、漏尿等并发症。结论 :双 J管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用 ,操作简单 ,并发症少等优点。

Objective:[WT5BZ]To study the method,time and complication of indwelling double J internal drainage tube in the operation of urinary tract.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]The double J tubes were used as internal stent and internal drainage for one week to six months in the operation of urinary tract in 45 patients.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]No complications such as wound infection,leakage of urine and so on.Occurred after operation.[WT5HZ]Conclusions:[WT5BZ]The double J tubes had the dual functions of internal stent and internal drainage.The double J tubes can be indwelled easily and safely. [WT5HZ]
