乐托尔治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻193例临床观察

Observing the effect of lotoler on 193 cases infant autumnal diarrhea

目的 :观察乐托尔对婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床作用。方法 :应用乐托尔治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻 ,另用西米替丁治疗作为对照组 ,比较两者在治疗过程中的差异。结果 :两组总有效率 ,痊愈率相比经统计学处理差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :乐托尔治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻疗效好 ,见效快 ,服药方便 ,无毒副作用 ,值得临床推广。
