韩国农协经营服务模式的借鉴与启示

Study on the Business and Service Pattern of Korean Nonghyup

同处东亚,历史上长期深受中国文化影响的韩国,自20世纪70年代经济腾飞以来,农民收入稳步提高,农村生活水平显著提升,农业现代化进程持续推进,城乡差距并没有显著拉大,这其中韩国农协发挥了不可磨灭的贡献。本文将以实地调研所得资料为基础,从韩国农协的3大业务领域入手,剖析其是如何破解东亚农业经济中普遍存在的"小农经济"难题的,并归纳总结其有益经验,为中国"三农"发展提供借鉴参考。

Both China and South Korea are located in Eastern Asia.Since the 1970s,South Korea has experienced tremendous economic liftoff,accompanying with unfaltering increment of peasants' income,remarkable improvement in standard of living,as well as sustaining up-grade of agriculture modernization.The gap,therefore,between cities and countryside didn't turn to be larger during this phase.For realizing these goals,the Korean Nonghyup has taken great effort and made indelible contributions.This paper is based on field survey,and analyses how the Korean Nonghyup solve the family farming problems,that universally existing in the Eastern Asian zone,in terms of their 3 major business modules.What's more,this paper summarizes their instructive experiences which definitely could give a valuable reference to China's agriculture-rural areas-farmers development.
